TEFLON WIRES AND CABLES

Teflon Wires are made by wrapping tape over Silver or Nickle Conductor and cured In a sintering oven. Wrapping provides better uniformity and concentricity than extruded cables. PTFE has very good insulating properties and excellent Thermal Stability,

THERMAL CLASS:
  Silver plated wires Is suitable upto 270°C.
  Nickel plated wire Is suitable upto 200°C.

SILICON RUBBER CABLES

Silicon Cables are made from coated Tinned Copper conductor and coated with Special cable grade Silicon Rubber & Cured in C.V. or Valcaniser.

SIZES AVAILABLE : 0.5mm Sq to 300mm Sq. Multi- core cable are also available with Fibre Glass & S.S. Braiding.
  

CHARACTERISTICS:
  Offers excellent resistance to steam
     and Aging.
  Has very good di-electric constant (At
     180° 1 mm dia. Can withstand 5 K.V,
     RMS for I Minute.
  Offers very good resistance to moisture,
     and Is self extinguishing.
  Silicon Rubber being soft materials has 
     to be provided Fibre Glass braiding for 
     Mechanical strength. It is very soft and
     pliable over small radius.

USES: Used in electrical equipment and Electrical Appliances.
